【摘要】建立了齐多夫定含量的HPLC测定法。以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,甲醇-水(50∶50)为流动相,检测波长为265nm,流速为1.0m1/min。齐多夫定在20～150μg/m1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为1.00000。平均回收率为99.62%,RSD为0.32%(n=9)。更多还原
