【Abstract】 Our country had joined WTO, and this will encourage an opening of our higher education to the rest of the world, a more active communication and cooperation with other countries and a more active participation in the international competitions. Although the reform and development of our higher education lay a necessary foundation and created favorable factors for our joining WTO, we still have difficulties adapting to the demands of it because of various existing limitations and shortcomings.
