车辆用耐蚀钢热轧钢板防止铜脆的工艺研究

【摘要】 Cu是车辆用耐大气腐蚀钢中的重要元素之一 ,但是 Cu在钢中极易在晶界富集 ,引起表面网状裂纹“铜脆”缺陷。通过研究冶炼工艺、过热温度和升温速度 ,确定了合理可行的冶炼工艺和高温快烧的加热工艺 ,有效地防止了铜脆缺陷的产生

【Abstract】 Copper is one of the most important elements in the atmospheric corrosion resisting steel used for vehicle. However, copper is prone to enrichment around grain boundaries in copper containing steel, which leads to the formation of net like surface cracking called copper brittleness. Through researching on the smelting technology, overheating temperature and heating rate, a smelting technology and a special heating method, called high temperature and quick reheating process, were applied to the copper containing steel for hot rolled plate. The methods proved reasonable and feasible and the defects were effectively reduced.
