受损苹果颜色和组织的近红外光谱特性
Color,Tissue and Near-infrared Spectrum Characteristics of Bruised Apples
【摘要】 通过对富士苹果的正常部位和损伤部位的组织观察、近红外光谱的测量分析以及颜色的测量 ,认为与秦冠和黄香蕉苹果相比 ,富士苹果受损后 ,在 1h内表面色差最小 ;损伤部位吸光度基本上是沿着正常部位的变化趋势而变化 ;76 0~ 96 0 nm范围内的波长可以用于表面损伤苹果的检测 ;富士苹果损伤部位的吸光度随时间变化关系符合方程 Y=a Xb。
【Abstract】 Analyses on color,tissue and near infrared spectrum characteristics of the Fuji apple for their normal and bruised parts demonstrated that the absorbencies of the bruised and normal parts had the same variational tendency. The range of wavelength from 760 nm to 960 nm can be used to detect the superficial damaged apple. The absorbencies increased with time according to the equation Y= aX b .
