【Abstract】 To reduce the braking noise from wet multiple disc brakes a mathematical model for the braking process was developed, and the formulae for the production of braking noise were derived by the modal analysis method. The mechanisms of the noise generation from the brake and the effects of the braking noise were studied by the model. As the results of above works practical means of braking noise reduction were recommended.更多还原
