电控机械式自动变速器换挡过程控制
AMT Shift Process Control
【摘要】 提出了一种基于离合器传递扭矩的 AMT(电控机械式自动变速器 )换挡过程控制方法。以乘坐满意的冲击度最大值为约束条件 ,对离合器的分离和接合速度进行控制 ,利用推迟点火提前角与停缸工作相结合的方法 ,使发动机的工作与离合器的分离或接合相协调 ,从而达到提高换挡品质 ,延长离合器使用寿命的目的
【Abstract】 A measure of shift process control based on AMT (Automated Mechanical Transmission) of transmitted clutch torque was developed. The maximum comfort degree of shock was taken as the restrain condition to control the speeds of the engagement and disengagement of clutch. To improve the shift quality and prolong the clutch life, a combined means of postponing the ignition ahead angle and stopping patial cylinders operation was taken, which could make the engine operation and the engage/disengage of clutch steadily and smoothly.
