无过载潜水排污泵的设计与试验

【摘要】 分析了无过载潜水排污泵的运行特点 ,在对现有双流道式叶轮水力模型进行归纳总结的基础上 ,提出了无过载潜水排污泵的水力设计方法。设计实例表明该方法完全可行 ,额定工况点泵的效率比标准规定值高13.0 4 % ,最大轴功率小于额定功率 ,可以在全扬程范围内安全运行

【Abstract】 The operating feature of a non overload submersible sewage pump was analyzed, many excellent hydraulic models of non clogging double channel impellers were reviewed, and a hydraulic design method for non overload submersible sewage pump was developed. At last, an example of design on 150QW145107 5 type submersible sewage pump and its experimental result show that the method used in the paper is feasible and the pump has an excellent performance and high reliability. The efficiency of rated work point is 13 04% higher than that of the fixed value of standard, the maximum brake power is lower than rated power and it can run peacefully throughout all lift.
