水稻插秧机分插机构的研究进展

【摘要】 分插机构是水稻插秧机的主要工作部件 ,其性能决定其插秧质量、工作可靠性和单位时间的插次。该文总结了目前2种主要类型的分插机构 (曲柄摇杆分插机构和行星轮系分插机构 )的研究进展 ,分析比较了这 2种机构的优缺点 ,并提出进一步研究的方向。

【Abstract】 Transplanting mechanism is the main part of a transplanter, its performance determines the transplanting quality, reliability and number of transplants per minute. In this paper, research advances on two main kinds of transplanting mechanisms (crank and rocker arm mechanism and planetary gears mechanism) were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of them were pointed out. At the same time, the direction for further study in this field was provided.
