预混气体在多孔介质中往复流动下超绝热燃烧的理论探讨
Theoretical analysis on mechanism of reciprocating superadiabatic combustion of premixed gases in porous media
【摘要】 预混合气在多孔介质中往复流动下的超绝热燃烧技术(简称RSCP)被称为划时代的燃烧技术,文章探讨了RSCP燃烧器的工作原理,全面阐述了多孔介质和换向装置在其中的作用;从能量守恒定理出发,通过数学分析给出了超绝热火焰产生的理论依据,提出超绝热现象是多孔介质中积累的热量的热传播波与混合气燃烧时的燃烧波叠加的结果。
【Abstract】 Reciprocating superadiabatic combustion of premixed gases in porous media (short for RSCP), which is known as an epoch-making combustion technology, possesses many advantages over conventional combustion techniques, such as increasing burning efficiency, extending combustible limit, energy saving and reducing pollutant emission and etc. In the present study, the functions of the porous media and the devices for changing periodically the mixture flow direction are systematically described and the working mechanism of the RSCP combustor are analyzed. By mathematical reasoning, a reasonable description how the superadiabatic flame comes into being is offered, that is, the intensive heat exchange between the burning gas mixture and porous media through the highly developed internal surfaces permits the accumulation of combustion energy in the solid matrix, when the thermal wave propagating in the porous media and the combustion wave of the gases are made to coincide, the flame temperatures reached in the reaction zone can be much higher than the adiabatic temperature for the feed fuel mixture.
