【摘要】 目的　对 13例经手术证实的肺包虫囊肿破裂进行X线分析 ,旨在提高X线诊断与鉴别诊断能力。方法　 13例均摄一次以上正侧位胸片 ,部分病人摄断层片 ,或做胸部CT检查。结果　“水上浮莲”5例 ,不规则空洞 2例 ,“月牙、环状气带”征 2例 ,伴支气管胸膜漏 3例 ,片状、条索状影 1例。结论　肺包虫破裂以X线平片多可确定诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze 13 cases with ruptured cystichydatidosis of lung which had been proved by operation in order to improve an abitity of diagnosis and differential diagnosis by roentgenography.Methods The roentgenograms of straight face and side position were taken CT roentgenogram or examed by CT.Results the roentgenograms showed that there were 5 cases with "lotus floated on water ",irregular pulmonary-carity 2 cases with crescent or semicircular air-zone,3 cases with broncho -pleura and 1 case with streak and flake shadows.Condusion The rupturtd cystic hydatidosis in lung can be diagnosed by roentgenogram.更多还原
