【摘要】 目的　探讨优生遗传咨询者外周血染色体核型分析的临床意义。方法　对 5 0 2例优生遗传咨询者外周血淋巴细胞进行染色体常规G显带 (有必要时做C带、N带 )核型分析。结果　 5 0 2例优生遗传咨询者中染色体异常核型 2 4例 ,检出率为 4 .8% (2 4 / 5 0 2 )。其中不良孕产史咨询者 2 16例 ,异常核型 7例 ,检出率为 3.2 4 %(7/ 2 16 ) ;男性不育咨询者 76例 ,异常核型 2例 ,检出率为 2 .6 3% (2 / 76 ) ;先天性智力低下咨询者 183例 ,异常核型14例 ,检出率为 7.6 5 % (14 / 183) ;其他咨询者 2 7例 ,异常核型 1例 ,检出率为 3.70 % (1/ 2 7)。结论　对优生遗传咨询者进行外周血染色体检查是非常必要的 ,可为产前诊断和优生遗传提供科学依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To explore the clinical meaning about the heredity healthy birth to consults that analyze of karyo type of chromosome of outside blood.Methods To analyze the karyo type of the example of 502 heredity consults peripheral blood lymphocyle with chromosom G brand (or C brand and N brand if necessary ).Results Innormal karyo type of chromosome was 24 examples,detectable rate was 4.8%(24/502);There were 216 examples having adverse pregnancy history among them,7 examples with innormal karyo type of chromosome,detectable rate was 3.24%(7/216);The male iffertility consult was about 76 examples,chromosome with innormal karyo type was 2 examples,detectable rate innormal karyo type,detectable rate was out the 7.63%(14/183);The other consults were about 27 examples, 1 example with innormal karyo type,detectable rate was out the 3.7%(1/27).Conclusions living consult to outside week,It is neccessary to check the karyo type of chromosome heathy birth of outside blood that chromosome check, and can give a clue for prediagnosis and heredity healthy.更多还原
