【摘要】 目的　研究抑癌基因PTEN在宫颈癌组织中的表达 ,探讨PTEN与宫颈癌临床及病理特征的关系及其对宫颈癌预后的影响。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法 (SP法 )检测PTEN基因在 6 2例宫颈癌组织中的表达。结果　 6 2例宫颈癌组织中 ,PTEN阳性表达率为 4 8.39% ;PTEN在直径 <4cm的宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率为6 1.11% ,明显高于癌灶≥ 4cm患者的 30 .77% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;临床分期≤Ⅰb 期者和Ⅱa-Ⅲa 者阳性表达率分别为78.2 6 %和 30 .77% (P <0 .0 1) ;在高、中、低分化宫颈癌中的阳性表达率分别为 83.33%、5 6 .5 2 %和 2 5 .92 % ,分别比较 ,差异均有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;无、有淋巴结转移者的阳性表达率分别为 5 7.87%和 2 3.5 3% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PTEN表达阳性者的 3年和 5年生存率分别为 92 .31%和 84 .6 2 % ,显著高于表达阴性者的 72 .0 %和 5 0 .0 % (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　PTEN基因抑制宫颈癌的生长、浸润及淋巴结转移。其表达率的高低可作为判断预后的参考指标之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the expression of PTEN gene in human cervical carcinomas, to clarify the relationship between the expression and the clinicopathological parameter and prognosis of cervical carcinoma.Methods The expression of PTEN in 62 samples of cervical carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemical stainings.Results The positive expression rate of PTEN in cervical cancer tissues was 48.39%. In cancerous focus size <4cm and ≥4cm, the positive rate of PTEN was 61.11% and 30.77% (P<0.05). The positive rate in clinical cancer stages ≤Ⅰ b and Ⅱ a-Ⅲ a was 78.26% and 30.77%. The positive rate in the high、middle and low pathohistologic grading was 83.33%、56.52% and 25.92%, respectively (P<0.01). 57.78% of the cases without and 23.53% of the cases with nodemetastasis showed positive for PTEN (P<0.05). The expression of PTEN was not correlated with the cervical cancer pathologic types and patients’ ages (P>0.05, respectively). The survical rate of patients with PTEN expression was significantly higher than that of patients without PTEN expression (P<0.05).Conclusions PTEN gene may play a role in the inhibitory effect on the growth、invasion and metastasis of human cervical carcinoma. The expression of PTEN can be used as one of reference markers for judging prognosis of patients with cervical carcinoma.更多还原
