【摘要】 目的　探讨手术治疗无骨折脱位过伸性颈椎损伤手术治疗的临床疗效及重要性。方法　手术治疗过伸性颈椎损伤患者 5 8例 ,其中男性 4 9例 ,女性 9例 ;损伤累及一个节段的 32例 ,其中颈42例 ,颈518例 ,颈66例 ,颈76例 ;损伤累及两个节段的 2 6例。结果　根据Kurokawa的方法[1] 和JOA评分标准[2 ,3 ] ,随访 2年 (3- 2 4个月 ) ,优 4 3例 ,良 10例 ,可 3例 ,无改善但不加重 2例 ,优良率达 91.4 %。结论　确诊过伸性损伤的患者 ,颈椎结构损伤严重且颈椎不稳定 ,应积极手术治疗 ,恢复脊柱稳定 ,解除脊髓压迫更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the clinical effect and importance of the operative treatment for cervical hyperextensive injury without fracture and dislocation.Methods From Jun 1998 to Dec 2002,fifty-eight patients were diagnosed as cervical hyperextensive injury without fracture and dislocation by the imaging study of plain radiographs, computerized tomography and MRI and treated by operation. There are 49 males and 9 females, aged from 8-71 years old ,with an average of 32 years. Of them, there are 2 in C 4, 18 in C 5, 6 in C 6, 6 in C 7,and 26 have two segments injury.Results Based on the method of Kurokawa, after 3-24months follow-up, excellent results were obtained in 43 patients, good in 10, and fair in 3,unchanged in 2.The rate of fine clinical outcome is 91.4%.Conclusions For patients whose symptoms are serious, there are anterior longitudinal lig’s injury and disc herniation, compression of spinal cord, operational treatment is a fine method.更多还原
