【摘要】 目的　调查我国男性勃起功能障碍发生情况及其相关影响因素。方法　采用包括有中国勃起功能指数 (CIEF)的健康调查问卷 ,对北京、重庆、广州 2 2 2 6例成年男性进行调查。结果　ED的总患病率为 2 6 .1% ,而 4 0岁及以上人群的患病率为 4 0 .2 %。结论　ED除与年龄有关外 ,还与心血管疾病、糖尿病、高血脂等躯体疾病和家居环境、夫妻关系相关 ,并与不良生活习惯如吸烟有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the prevalence of erectile dysfunction(ED) and its relative factors in China.Methods A structured questionnaire(CIEF) was administered by trained interviewers.There were 2226 subjects collected from Beijing,Chongqing and Guangzhou.Results The prevalence of ED was 26.1%(total group),and 40.2%(≥40 yrs group).Conclusions Besides aging,several medical condition such as cardiovascular disease,diabetes,hyperlipidemia were correlated with the prevalence of ED.Lifestyle factor such as cigarette smoking,was another concomitant risk factor.更多还原
