宁夏大学综合楼大体积混凝土施工
Mass concrete construction in mansion of Ningxia University
【摘要】 宁夏大学综合楼基础底板大体积混凝土施工过程中,通过采用掺入混合材料、缓凝型减水剂等外加剂优化混凝土配合比设计,调整混凝土浇筑顺序,进行表面处理,监控混凝土内部温度,加强混凝土保温养护;并利用冷却水吸收并带走内部水化热达到降低混凝土内部温度的原理,在基础混凝土中采取预埋冷却水管的措施,有效降低了混凝土的水化热,减少了混凝土的收缩变形,避免混凝土产生裂缝,保证了该工程大体积混凝土的施工质量犤1犦.
【Abstract】 In this article the author introduces some effective methods in the construction foundation base board mass concrete of Ningxia University mansion such as mixture ratio design, pouring sequence of concrete, surface treatment of concrete, concrete internal temperature monitoring and enhancing concrete maintenance,embedding the tube cooler that is used to absorb the hydrous heat to bring down the internal temperature of concrete. The result shows that all the methods are effective in reducing the total hydrous heat and temperature shrinking of concrete. The method adopted to prevent concrete cracks and ensure construction quality of pouring mass concrete is also introduced.
