Sol-Gel法制备纳米二氧化钛粉体
Preparation of nanosized TiO2 powders by Sol-Gel method
【摘要】 以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)制备出了晶粒尺寸6~23nm的二氧化钛粉体,并对酸度.制备温度和升温速率等条件进行了研究.实验证明:室温下,硝酸与钛酸酯摩尔比为0.30~0.39;450℃左右煅烧2h可得锐钛型二氧化钛纳米粉体;600℃煅烧2h得到金红石型二氧化钛粉体.
【Abstract】 The nanosized TiO2 powders (6~ 23 nm) are prepared by Sol-Gel me thod from Ti(OC4H9)4 in C2H5OH. The influences of acidity, calcine temperature, heat rate on the size of particle have been investigated. The results indicate t hat the best mol ratio of HNO3 and Ti(OC4H9)4 is 0.30~ 0.39 at room temperature ,and calcined at 450 ℃ for 2 h,titania is anatase; at 600 ℃ for 2 h, titan ia was rutile.
