【摘要】 黄淮海平原农业生产在我国一直占重要地位,加入WTO必然对黄淮海平原未来农业发展产生重大影响。文中分析了黄淮海平原农业发展现状并指出存在的问题,如农产品质量不高,农业结构布局不合理,农民收入的增长缓慢及水资源严重短缺等,提出了解决问题的方略与对策,为黄淮海平原农业未来发展提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Huanghuaihai Plain agricultural produces occupies the important position in China always.Access to the WTO will have great impact on the agricultural development in Huanghuaihaihaihai Plain.In the paper analyzed the present and point out the problem in Huanghuaihai Plain,such as the agricultural product has not better quantity,and the layout of agriculture construction is not reasonable and increasing of farmer income slowly and the serious water resources shorage seriously.Bring up the problemsolving project and counterplan and indicate theory foundation for future development of Huanghuaihai Plain.更多还原
