【摘要】 本文界定农业高新技术产业园区的基本概念,并阐述其在催发农业高新技术的开发研究、试验、示范推广、产业化营运及对周边农业的巨大辐射的功能,指出广东建立高水平的农业高新技术产业园区,具有提升农业结构以加速农业现代化进程、优化农业布局以建设合理的农业地域体系、完善外向型农业体系及通过对外辐射,以提升广东农业的地位等多方面的意义;分析国内当前农业高新技术产业园区的发展格局及在广东建立农业高新技术产业园区的可行性;论证并指出广东拟建的农业高新技术产业园区可选址惠州市杨村,以与杨凌国家级农业高新技术产业园区构成"北有杨凌,南有杨村"的基本格局为方向,突现高层次性、规模化、综合性及外向型等特点,并相应地提出若干政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the clear clarification of the concept in Agricultural HighTech Zone ,this paper first lists the functions of such zone in promoting the Agriculture HighTech’s R&D ,market promotion and the effects for around regions.Second, it points out the multiple benefits for such zones to be carried out in Guangdong,such as accelerating the agriculture modernizations and optimizing the agriculture settings.Third,it brings out the possibility of such zone to be set up in Guangdong.Though this analysis,it comes to the idea that such zone in Guangdong should be set up in Yangchun in Huizhou.And this will build up the settings of "Yanglin in North ,Yangchun in South"these two Agricultural HighTech Zones all have the similar characteristic.At last, the paper gives out some suggestions of how the policy should be carried out for such zone.更多还原
