实验性卵巢切除与雌激素替代对脏器影响的解剖学初步观察
The anatomical observation of the effects of ovariectomy and experimental estrogen replacement on organs in mice
【摘要】 目的 :比较卵巢切除 (OVX)与雌激素替代 (ERT)对小鼠脏器解剖与功能的影响。方法 :3个月龄的雌性 C5 7BL/6 J小鼠 30只 ,随机分 3组 ,分别为对照、卵巢切除和雌激素替代组 ,每组 10只。小鼠摘除卵巢后饲养至 7个月龄处死 ,将给雌激素的小鼠于处死前 6 0天皮下埋植控释雌激素 (17β-雌二醇 )药丸 (0 .18mg/丸 ) ,以观察雌激素替代对机体脏器的影响。结果 :(1)卵巢切除组小鼠子宫极度萎缩 ;(2 )雌激素替代组见 1例发生子宫新生物 ;(3)雌激素替代组有不同程度的子宫增生 (气球样变 ) ;(4)雌激素替代组均有不同程度的尿潴留和胃食物滞留 ;(5 )卵巢切除组腹腔有明显脂肪积聚 ,雌激素替代组则腹腔脂肪积聚不明显。结论 :卵巢切除和雌激素替代对机体脏器的解剖与功能有明显的影响 ,特别是雌激素替代具有诱发新生物的潜在危险性。
【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effects of ovariectomy and estrogen replacement on anatomical and functional changes in mice organs.Methods:30 female C57BL/6J mice 3 months old were randomly divided into control, ovariectomized (OVX) and estrogen replacement(ER) groups. Each subgroup had 10 mice. Mice were ovariectomized and raised until 7 months old. 17β-estradiol time release pellet (0.18mg/pellet) was given 60 days before mice were sacrificed to observe the effects of estrogen on anatomic and functional changes in mice organ. Results:(1) the uterus was extremely atrophy in OVX mice;(2) there was a neoplsia case on uterus in ER group; (3) the uterus were hypertrophy to various extent in ER group;(4) there were urine retention and indigestive to various extent in ER group;(5) there was obvious abdominal fat accumulation in OVX group, but not in ER group.Conclusion:Ovariectomy and estrogen replacement obviously influenced the anatomy and functions of organ in mice, especially estrogen replacement had potential effect to cause neoplsia.
