【摘要】 目的 :探讨甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶 (GPDA-F/ALT)、r-谷氨酰转肽酶 (GGT- )和甲胎蛋白 (AFP)联合检测对肝癌的诊断价值。方法 :对 10 8例肝癌和 130例良性肝病患者进行了 GPDA-F/AL T、GGT-II和 AFP3项指标联合检测 ,分析这些指标对肝癌的互补诊断价值。结果 :肝癌患者 GPDA-F/ALT、GGT-II和 AFP3项指标均高于良性肝病 ;GPDA-F/ALT与GGT-II和 AFP之间无相关性 ;3项指标同步检测可明显提高肝癌的诊断敏感性。结论 :GPDA-F/ALT、GGT-II和 AFP3项指标对肝癌有互补诊断价值 ,联合检测能提高肝癌的诊断水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of GPDA-F/ALT, GGT-II and AFP in the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC).Methods:GPDA-F/ALT, GGT-II and AFP were detected and their complementary diagnostic value to PHC was analyzed.Results:All of GPDA-F/ALT, GGT-II and AFP were significantly higher in PHC than in benign liver diseases. GPDA-F/ALT did not correlate with GGT-II and AFP. Simultaneous measurement of these three indices significantly improved diagnostic sensitivity to PHC.Conclusion:GPDA-F/ALT, GGT-II and AFP were complementary to PHC, and combined determination of these indices could improve the diagnosis of PHC.更多还原
