一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶在颅脑外伤中的变化及对伤情判断意义

【摘要】 目的 :研究一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)在颅脑外伤后的变化及对伤情判断的意义 ,探讨其在颅脑外伤中所起的作用。方法 :颅脑外伤 5 9例 ,根据拉斯哥昏迷评分进行分组 ,分别检测伤后 1、3、7天血清 NO及NOS的变化。结果 :脑外伤后第 1天重型颅脑损伤组血清 NO值与轻型、中型脑损伤组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,血清 NO值与伤情之间显著负相关 ;重型脑损伤组血清 NOS较轻型脑损伤组升高更为明显 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,伤后第 3、7天伤情与血清 NOS值之间显著负相关。结论 :颅脑外伤后血清 NO及 NOS升高 ,并均可随伤情加重而更加明显。颅脑外伤后血清 NO及 NOS的检测对于伤情的判断具有重要意义

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the changes of plasma nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in patients with brain injury and explore its clinical signification on the condition of brain injury.Methods:Fifty-nine patients with brain injury were divided into three groups according to GCS,NOS and NO in plasma were measured serially in day 1?3?7 after brain injury.Results:NO and NOS level were singnificantly increased in day 3,7 after brain injury(P<0.05).In day 1 after brain injury,NO of severe head injury group was significantly different from those of two other groups,there was negative correlation between NO and the condition of injury.NOS in severe head injuried patients’ plasma was significantly higher than those of two other groups and there was also negative correlation between NOS and the condition of injury.Conclusions:NO and NOS in the head injuried patients’ plasma will increase and be more obvious as the condition of injury become serious.It is helpful to evaluate the condition of brain injury by detecting plasma NO and NOS in patients with brain injury.
