【摘要】 目的 :研究中药中华伍氏百叶散 ( WSBYS)的防癌作用。方法 :研究观察中药对 2—乙酰氨基芴 ( 2 -FAA)诱发大鼠肝癌的影响。结果 :服用中华伍氏百叶散各组有病变的鼠数及病变严重程度均低于模型对照组 ,体重及外观也高于模型对照组。结论 :根据中华伍氏百叶散对大鼠的喂养剂量不同 ,对 2 - FAA诱导的大鼠肝癌发生有明显强度不等的防癌作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the antitumous effect of hepatocarcinoma. Method:We observed the effect of WSBYS on hepatocarcinoma of the rats induced by 2-FAA.Result:The levels of pathologic change in the two groups eating the WSBYS were lower than those in control group,and presented a dosage-dependent relationship. Conclusion:The results indicated that the WSBYS had a remarkable antitumous effect on hepatocarcinoma of the rats induced by 2-FAA.更多还原
