【Abstract】 The competition items such as tract and field competition, discus, weight throw fall to the ground and get into throwing sectors. The angle that is on the prolonging lines of sign line in the throwing and falling sectors changes from 40皌o 34.92? according to the latest regulations from International Track and Field League, in the year 2003.Because of the drawing complexity in application, this paper puts forward a new method , the quick measure ,which can be for the use of teaching, training and competition.
