【摘要】 观察“固本养生葡萄酒”对小鼠耐疲劳、耐寒冷和耐缺氧的影响,取健康雄性小白鼠90只随机分实验组、阳性对照组和空白对照组进行对照研究,结果显示,“固本养生葡萄酒”可以延长小鼠负重游泳时间,提高小鼠的抗疲劳能力,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);同时也能延长小白鼠在低温环境下存活时间,提高小鼠的耐寒冷能力,结果与对照组比较,差异也有显著性意义(与阳性对照P<0.05,与空白对照P<0.01)。结论:“固本养生葡萄酒”能消除小鼠运动性疲劳,增强小鼠体质。更多还原

【Abstract】 We observed the effects of Gu-Ben-Yang-Sheng wine on the ability of fatigueresistant, hypoxiaresistant and coldresistant of mice. Ninety of healthy mice were randomly divided into 3 groupsexperimental group, positive control group and control group. After supplementation of Gu-Ben-Yang-Sheng wine, the load swimming time of mice of experimental group was significantly increased compared with the other two groups (p<0.01). Simultaneously, the survival time in hypothermia of experimental group was significantly increased compared with the other two groups (p<0.05 and p<0.01). Conclusion: Gu-Ben-Yang-Sheng wine was able to eliminate the exercise-induced fatigue and improve the physical ability of mice.更多还原
