柴油引燃天然气发动机燃烧模型的研究
Modeling Combustion in Homogeneous Natural Gas-Air Charge Engines
【摘要】 分析了均质充气柴油引燃天然气发动机的燃烧过程,以简单的一步表观反应动力学概念的阿伦纽斯(Arrhenius)公式为基础,综合湍流对化学动力学的影响,提出了一个新的燃烧模型。通过试验对模型进行了验证。此外对双燃料发动机的燃烧过程进行了分析,发现了柴油引燃的天然气发动机燃烧过程具有两阶段特性,即:第一阶段以迅速扩展的均匀温度梯度区为主要特征,第二阶段呈现均质压燃的燃烧特征。分析结果表明,双燃料发动机的燃烧是有别于传统发动机燃烧和均质压燃燃烧的一种独特燃烧现象。
【Abstract】 The combustion in a homogeneous natural gasair charge engine was analyzed. Integrating the effect of turbulent pulsation into the Arrhenius equation, a new combustion model was presented. This combustion model is adapted to model the experiments done on a fourstroke optical engine, and computed and measured cylinder pressures agree well in trends and magnitudes during the entire duration of combustion. The combustion of dual fuel engine is different from the combustion of conventional engine and combustion of compression ignition homogeneous charge engine, and it has the distinct characteristic of two stages combustion.
