电控柴油机用大流量高速电磁阀性能试验研究

【摘要】 介绍了自行开发研制的柴油机中压共轨液力增压电控燃油喷射系统及为该系统所需而开发研制的二位三通大流量高速电磁阀,较详细地介绍和分析了利用该电磁阀专用性能测试装置进行的电磁阀性能试验研究结果。试验研究结果表明,影响电磁阀性能的各项参数之间的关系是复杂的,参数的选取、相互的匹配调整,最终应以试验研究为依据。

【Abstract】 A medium pressure common rail hydraulically intensified,electronically controlled fuel injection system for diesel engines and a two-position and threeway solenoid valve with great flow rate and high speed were stated. Experimental research on performance of the solenoid valve carried out on a measure and trial device for special use for the solenoid valve performance was stated and analyzed in detail. The results showed that the relationship of variables influencing solenoid valve performances were complex. After all,the selection of parameters and their match and adjustment should base on the experimental investigation.
