【摘要】 目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血清转化生长因子pl（TGF-81）的含量变化及意义。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测健康人和SLE患者血清TGF-β₁含量,并分析其与临床相关实验室指标的关系。结果 SLE患者血清中TGF-β₁水平显著低于对照组（P<0.01）,但与SLE的其它实验室指标无相关关系,缓解期与活动期SLE患者TGF-β₁水平差异无显著性（P>0.05）。结论 SLE患者血清TGF-β₁水平较正常对照组降低,提示其低水平可能与SLE的发生有关,但它并不能判别SLE的活动程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of transforming growth factorβ1 in patients with systemic lupus erythematousus(SLE) .Methods TGF -β1 in sera of patients with SLE and healthy people were measured by ELISA. Then compared the relation with other clinical index. Results The levels of TGF-β1 in patients with SLE were more lower than those in control(P < 0.01) ,but had no relations with other index. Conclusion TGF-β1 in patients with SLE were lower than control, which may indicate the occurrenc of SLE if it rise up in serum, but with no judgement to its activity.更多还原
