【摘要】 目的 研究微创开放式手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法 本组报告48例腰椎间盘突出患者。全部行微创开放式椎间盘髓鞘切除术。做4.0-6.0皮肤切口,剥离椎间的部分骶棘肌,切除部分椎板上缘及小关节内缘及切除部分黄韧带摘除髓核。并根据情况扩大神经根管。结果 本组病例随访2-3年零6个月(平均10.5),按Nakai标准评定疗效,优39例,良8例。可1例。结论 微创开放式手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症能最大限度地保持脊柱的稳定性。同时切除突出物,解除神经压迫,操作简便,远近期疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the treatment of lumbar disk hemiation with minimal invasive open diskectomy. Method Forty-eight patients with lumbar disk herniation were treated with minimal invasive diskectomy. All of the cases were followed-up for 2 years to 3years and 6 months and evaluated.Results Forty-seven(98% ) cases had good to excellent results. No case was unstable in lumbar spine.Conclusion Minimal invasive diskectomy is an effective treatment for lumbosarcral disk herniation.更多还原
