硒和维生素E对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂及肝肾功能的影响
Effects of Selenium and/or Vitamin E on Blood Lipids and the Function of Liver and Kidney in Experimental Hyperlipidemic Rats
【摘要】 目的 观察硒和 /或维生素E对高脂饲料所致实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响作用 ,探讨硒和维生素E的降血脂作用 ,为临床应用硒和维生素E类产品防治高血脂相关性疾病提供理论依据和实验资料。方法 采用高脂饲料致大鼠实验性高脂血症 ,然后分别分组给予经预试后的硒和 /或维生素E ,用全自动生化分析仪检测血中TG、TC、HDL -C、VLDL、LDL等血清生化指标 ,同时检测ALT和Urea ,以观测是否有肝肾损害。结果 高脂饲料可致实验性高脂血症 ,尤其使TG(p <0 0 5 )和TC(p<0 0 1)明显升高 ,维生素E和硒具有降血脂作用 (p <0 0 5或p <0 0 1) ,合用比单独使用作用更明显。高脂饲料可致Urea明显升高 (p <0 0 1) ,对ALT无明显影响 ,同时硒和维生素E合用对高血脂所致Urea升高有一定的抑制作用 ,而单用这一作用不明显。结论 硒和维生素E单独或联合应用可降低实验性高脂血症大鼠的血脂 ,且实验剂量并不增加肝、肾损害
【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the effects of Selenium(Se) and/or vitamin E(VE) on the blood lipids of experimental hyperlipidemic rats, and the lowing blood lipids effects of Se and VE were discussed. Method SD rats are divided into 5 groups (1) control, (2) animals receiving a high-fat diet(HFD),(3)HFD+0.4mg/kg Se, (4) HFD+250mg/kg VE;(5) HFD+0.4mg/kg Se +250mg/kg VE,respectively. The TG, TC, HDL-C,VLDL, LDL,ALT and Urea in the serum were assayed by automatic biomedical assaying machine.Results HFD can cause hyperlipidemia, especially for TG(p<0.05) and TC(p<0.01). The blood lipids are reduced by using Se and/or VE(p<0.01 or 0.05), the combination of Se and VE is more effective. On the other hand, HFD can increase Urea(p<0.01), but has no influence on ALT, and the use of Se +VE can reduce this action(p<0.05).Conclusion Selenium and/or vitamin E can decrease the blood lipids of experimental hyperlipidemic rats while not worsen the function of liver and kidney.
