【摘要】 目的 :评价我区结核菌抗酸染色涂片及镜检质量。方法 :现场进行痰涂片制作的技术操作考核 ,随机抽取痰涂片采用双盲法进行质量控制。结果 :1998～ 2 0 0 2年阳性及阴性符合率分别为 99 8%、10 0 %、10 0 %、10 0 %、10 0 %和 99 9%、99 2 %、99 8%、99 7%、99 5 % ,痰涂片制作按操作规范进行。结论 :1998～2 0 0 2年我区结核菌抗酸染色检查质量符合国家标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the quality of the sputum-smear in Inner Mongolia.Method:Sputum-smears were selected at random on the spot,and the quality of sputum-smear and microscopy were evaluated by the method of double blindness.Results:The coincidence rates for both the positive and the negative smear from 1998 to 2002 are 99 8%、100%、100%、100%、100%、99 9%、99 2%、99 8%、99 7% and 99 5%,respectively.The operation of making and observing sputum-smear were made under the standard operating procedure.Conclusion:The quality of Ziehl-Neelsen microscopy from 1998 to 2002 in Inner Mongolia conform to the national standard.更多还原
