【Abstract】 Objective:To establish rapidly the artificial airway for patients of chronic obstructiue pulmonary diseases (COPD) during severe acute period when routine treatments were ineffective.Methods:The tracheal intu bation induced by fibroptic bronchoscope was performed.Results:Both Peroral and pernasal intubation were successful for establishing aritifical airway rapidly.Conclusion:The method of tracheal intubation induced by fiberoptic bronchoscope can establish artificial airway promptly to improve the pulmonary ventilation of COPD patients and increase cure rate at last.更多还原
