【摘要】 目的 :探讨微创术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床效果。方法 :将幕上出血者分为微创组和开颅组。每组又根据出血量不同分为 30～ 5 0ml、5 0ml以上两个亚组。微创组应用YL— 1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针操作 ,开颅组采用去骨瓣减压术。结果 :治疗后 4周微创组疗效明显优于开颅组 ,两组总有效率、病死率、神经功能缺损评分比较 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。这种疗效的差别具体体现在 30～ 5 0ml亚组 ,而 5 0ml以上亚组总有效率、病死率、神经功能缺损评分比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :微创术疗效确切。对 30～5 0ml的幕上血肿可作为首选更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigation the clinical efficacy of the Micro-injury technique in the remedy of Cerebral-hemorrhage (CH) because of hypertension.Methods:The patients with CH over tentorium of cerebellum were divided to two groups-the micro-injury group and craniotomy group.Each group was divided to two sub-groups by the hemorrhage volume in head.One sub-group were the patients with haematoma volume was from 30ml to 50ml.the other was over 50ml.The micro-injury group were given remedy by the YL-1 type of smash and puncture pin.The other group were given lessen pressure by craniotomy with bone flap.Results:The micro-injury group is significant superior to craniotomy group.There are significant difference in efficacy,mortality and clinic Neurological Deficits Scale between two groups(P<0.05).The difference were specially exist on the sub-group of haematoma volutes between 30-50ml.While showing no difference on patients that haematoma more than 50ml(P>0.05).Conclusions:Micro-injury technique is efficacy and can be the first choice to the haematoma between 30ml to 50ml over tentorium of cerebellum.更多还原
