【摘要】 目的 :观察滋阴泻火中药及益肾填精中药对大鼠腺垂体生长激素 (GH)蛋白表达水平的影响。方法 :将青春期SD雌性大白鼠分为 3组 ,对照组 (喂饲生理盐水 ) ;滋阴泻火药组 (喂饲滋阴泻火中药合剂 ) ;益肾填精药组 (喂饲益肾填精中药合剂 ) ,疗程 1个月。采用免疫组织化学技术检测腺垂体GH的蛋白表达水平。数据经图像处理 ,对比各组间阳性细胞数、单个细胞面积及阳性细胞面积。结果 :滋阴泻火药组其垂体GH蛋白表达水平明显下调 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而益肾填精药组则相反 ,垂体GH蛋白表达水平明显上调 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :补肾中药可在蛋白合成水平调节垂体GH的合成及释放更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of chinese herbal medicine of Zi Yin XieHuo and YiShen TianJing on growth hormone (GH) protein level in hypophysis.Methods:Puberty female Spraue-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups.The control group was fed with physiological saline,the experimental group A was fed with chinese herbal medicine of ZiYinXieHuo,and the experimental group B was fed with chinese herbal medicine of YiShenTianJing,the dosage was 5ml daily for thirty days by gastric gavage.GH protein level in hypophysis were measured by immunohistochemistry and computer image processsing.The amount of positive cells and the integrated optic density of positive cell were compared between the different groups.Results:GH protein level were down regulated(P<0 05) in the experimental group,while GH protein level were up regulated (P<0 05) in the experimental B group.Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine of Bushen could regulate the synthesis and secretion of GH in hypophysis.更多还原
