钛酸锶钡纳米晶及其薄膜的Sol-Gel法制备和表征

【摘要】 用Sol-Gel法制备了钛酸锶钡(Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3)纳米晶,用FT-IR、XRD、TG-DTA、AFM等表征技术研究了其晶化过程.结果表明,溶胶经冰乙酸适度稀释后稳定性提高,易于制备高质量的薄膜;薄膜的晶化温度为750℃.在单晶硅基底上制备了粒径分布均匀、平均晶粒约为50nm的钛酸锶钡(Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3)薄膜.

【Abstract】 Nanocrystals and films of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 were prepared by Sol-Gel method.The crystallization behaviors of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 were studied by FT-IR?XRD?TG-DTA and AFM.The results suggest that the sol diluted by appropriate acetic acid becomes steadier which is convenient to prepare high quality film.The film of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3,which is deposited on Si substrate by coating of the diluted solution,crystallizes at temperature 750?℃.The average size of the Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 film is about 50?nm.
