钛酸锶钡纳米晶及其薄膜的Sol-Gel法制备和表征
PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF Ba1-xSrxTiO3 NANOCRYSTALS AND FILMS BY Sol-Gel TECHNIQUE
【摘要】 用Sol-Gel法制备了钛酸锶钡(Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3)纳米晶,用FT-IR、XRD、TG-DTA、AFM等表征技术研究了其晶化过程.结果表明,溶胶经冰乙酸适度稀释后稳定性提高,易于制备高质量的薄膜;薄膜的晶化温度为750℃.在单晶硅基底上制备了粒径分布均匀、平均晶粒约为50nm的钛酸锶钡(Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3)薄膜.
【Abstract】 Nanocrystals and films of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 were prepared by Sol-Gel method.The crystallization behaviors of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 were studied by FT-IR?XRD?TG-DTA and AFM.The results suggest that the sol diluted by appropriate acetic acid becomes steadier which is convenient to prepare high quality film.The film of Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3,which is deposited on Si substrate by coating of the diluted solution,crystallizes at temperature 750?℃.The average size of the Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 film is about 50?nm.
