【Abstract】 In order to improve the preservative rate of premolar’ s residual crown and its residual root and reduce tooth extraction, the writer uses root canal screw and self - shearing pin to repair 179 premolar’s residual crown and its resisual root. The result show: its appearance is beautiful, stable and it has occlusal force. The success rate is 90%. It is an effective and practical method. The article introduces the manipulation method and discusses the questions that people should pay attention to in the process of improving successful rate.更多还原
