【摘要】 为降低老年人甲亢性心脏病的误诊率 ,提高其治愈率 ,对内蒙古民族大学附属医院收治的依据国内外最新实用内科诊断标准确诊的老年人甲亢性心脏病 2 0例进行回顾性分析 ,结果 2 0例病人中有 12例误诊 ,其误诊率 60 % ,病死率 2 0 % .提示老年人甲亢性心脏病误诊率高、死亡率高 ,应详细询问病史、认真细致的体格检查及相关实验室检查 ,力求早期确诊 ,以降低老年人甲亢性心脏病的误诊率更多还原

【Abstract】 The article aims at decreasing the misdiagnosis rate on hyperthyroid heart disease of the old and decreasing cure rate.We reviewed 20 cases that we cured from Jan,2001 to Jan,2002 and analysed them.Among 20 cases,there are twelve misdiagnoses.The misdiagnosis rate is sixty percent and the death rate is twenty percent.The misdiagnosis rate of the hyperthyroid heart disease of the old,the death rate is high.So it is necessary to inquire explicitly about the case history and carry out physical examinations seriously in order to decrease the misdiagnosis rate.更多还原
