【Abstract】 Through analysis on contributing factors of land desertification in Daluotuochang in Duolun County, the important significance has been discussed to combat, exploit and utilize natural resources according to objective law. Marked effects have been produced in ecological construction in Duolun for recent 3 years, which has proved it’s feasible to make vegetation restoration and regeneration by use of closing hills for regeneration.
