皇甫川流域不同土地利用方式下的土壤微生物多样性

【摘要】 对内蒙古皇甫川流域乔木林地(人工油松林)、灌木林地(人工沙柳灌丛)、草地(自然恢复草地)三种不同土地利用方式下土壤微生物类群及物种多样性指数、均匀度、丰富度、优势度进行了研究.结果表明:草地的土壤微生物类群多于乔木和灌木;土壤微生物生物量碳含量越高,放线菌的白孢类群越少,土壤质量越好;土壤微生物类群的多少与多样性指数、均匀度、丰富度、优势度呈正相关.

【Abstract】 The diversity of soil microorganism group in different landuse types in Huangfuchuan watershed was studied,as well as the species diversity index,homogeneous degree,abundance and dominance in artifical pinus tabulaeformis woodland,artifical salix mongolica shrub land and naturerecovering steppe in Huangfuchuan watershed.The results showed that the soil microorganism groups of naturerecovering steppe were more than that of artifical pinus tabulaeformis woodland and artifical salix mongolica shrub respectively.Soil quality should be much better when soil miuobial biomassC increases and Leucosporae of the actinomycetes decreases,and the numbers of soil microorganism groups have positive relations to diversity index,homogeneous degree,abundance and dominance.
