盐酸胍诱导的蛋白质变性现象研究
The Research on GuHCl-induced Protein Denaturation
【摘要】 考虑常用变性剂盐酸胍(GuHCl)分子与蛋白质主链上的相邻二肽形成双氢键,利用吸附反应动力学方法,得到了描述蛋白质变性特征的物理参量与盐酸胍浓度之间关系的表示式.结果表明计算得到的理论值与实验值符合较好,说明所给出的蛋白质分子与盐酸分子相互作用模型,能够较好地描述盐酸胍诱导的蛋白质变性现象.
【Abstract】 The mechanism that the two hydrogen bonds will form between one GuHCl molecule and two neighboring peptides of the polypeptide chain has proposed as protein denatured. By means of absorption kinetics method, we obtain the formulae that can give the relationship between physical parameter and GuHCl concentration. The results show that the theoretical prediction is consistent with experimental points. It indicates that the model can describe the characteristic of the GuHCl-induced protein denaturation.
