乳酸菌发酵骨泥后上清液免疫增强作用的研究
THE STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF LIQUID OF BONE PASTE FERMENTED BY LACTIC BACTERIA ON ENHANCING RABBIT’S IMMUNITY
【摘要】 本试验通过迟发型变态反应试验(足跖增厚法)、抗体生成细胞的检测(jeme改良玻片法)、小鼠碳廓清试验,观察灌服不同剂量乳酸菌发酵骨泥的上清液后小鼠的反应。结果证明:经乳酸菌发酵鲜骨泥后的上清液可以增强小鼠的迟发型变态反应,增加小鼠的抗体细胞生成数,加强其巨噬细胞吞噬能力。因此,说明此上清液具有增强机体细胞免疫、体液免疫及非特异性免疫功能的作用。
【Abstract】 The experiment was done to observe the mice’s reaction,which was fed with different dose of bone paste liquid fermented by acid bacteria through delayed allery,check of antibody producing cell and mice carbon clearance test.The result showed that the liquid was fermented by lactic acid bacteria can enhance mice’s delayed allery and the phagocytic power of macrophage,and increase the number of antibody producing cell of mice. Therefore,the liquid has ability to enhance cellar immunity and humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity.
