结缕草遗传多样性及AFLP应用研究进展

【摘要】 目前我国所用的草坪草种多为国外引进种,这些引进种在生物学方面对当地的不适应性以及造成的生态问题随着引进规模的扩大而日显突出,开发和利用国产优质草坪草种是我国草坪业亟待解决的问题。结缕草是我国主要的草坪草种之一,遗传多样性丰富,具有适应性广、抗性强等优良特性,开发前景大,已引起国内育种专家的重视。为了更好地开发利用结缕草资源,本文对国内外结缕草遗传多样性方面的研究进行了综述,并就AFLP标记在结缕草遗传多样性研究中的应用及今后的研究方向作了探讨。

【Abstract】 Now landgrass species used in China are mainly dependant on introduced species which has caused unsuitable and ecological problems. As a result, we have to develop and utilize domestic species. As one of important domestic species, Zoysia japonica Steud has been noticed by breeding experts because it has rich genetic diversities and many good characteristics, such as high adaption and strong resistance. To better use Zoysia japonica Steud, studies on genetic diversity in it were summarized. In addition, the application of AFLP marker on the study of genetic diversity in Zoysia japonica Steud were introduced.
