【Abstract】 Orthogonal tests were used to ascertaining the factors and levels of the optimum medium for a fibrinolytic enzyme producing Bacillus subtilis natto strain(HL986).Sequential surface cultivation and shaking incubation were used.Fibrinolytic activity of the enzyme was examined by disk diffusion test on bovine fibrin,and metered by urokinase activity unit.The results indicated that,the optimum medium ingredient was 2% Oxiod yeast extract powder,used as non-protein nitrogen source;0.2% maltose;and 0.7%NaH 2PO 4·2H 2O.更多还原
