钙钛矿型 La1-x Ax CoO3的制备及其对CH4燃烧的催化性能
PREPARATION OF La1-x Ax CoO3 AND ITS CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE IN METHANE COMBUSTION
【摘要】 用Na2CO3·10H2O和NaOH混合碱为沉淀剂制得了钙钛矿型结构的La1-xAxCoO3(A:Sr,Ba,Dy,Y;X:0,0.1,0.2)复合氧化物,考察了焙烧温度对催化剂结构和催化活性的影响,发现A位取代后可使催化剂对CH4的催化氧化活性提高;通过与柠檬酸络合法制得的La1-xAxCoO3复合氧化物比较,证明制备方法对催化剂的催化活性也有很大的影响.
【Abstract】 La1-x Ax CoO3 (A:Sr,Ba,Dy,Y;X:0,0.1,0.2) catalysts with single Perovskite structure have been prepared by the Na2CO3·10H2O-NaOH co-precipitation method.Effects of the calcination temperature on La1-x Ax CoO3 for CH4 oxidation are studied.Properties of the products are characterized by means of XRD,and catalytic activities for CH4 oxidation are evaluated.Results show that the catalytic activities for CH4 oxidation can be improved with the help of partial substitution of A(A:Sr,Ba,Dy,Y).Comparison has been made between this method and the citrate method,which is also used for preparing La1-x Ax CoO3.Conclusion is drawn that different preparing methods do exert different effects on the catalytic activities for CH4 oxidation.
