利用硫铁矿烧渣制低硫铁精砂
PREPARATION OF FINE IRON SAND WITH LOW SULFUR FROM PYRITE CINDER
【摘要】 本文针对硫酸厂高硫低铁硫铁矿烧渣,采用加脱硫剂、磁化还原焙烧及磁选新工艺,使硫酸渣精制成硫含量低(小于0.05%)、Fe3O4含量高(65.28%)的铁精砂,为硫酸废渣利用开辟了一条新的途径.
【Abstract】 High grade material required for puddling industryfin e iron sand with low sulfur(<0.05%) and high Fe3O4(>65%) is prepared by means of technologies such as adding desulfurizer,magnetization-reduction baking and magnetic milling from unmanageable pyrite cinder with high sulfur and low iron,available in the sulfuric acid plant.A novel process has been found for the utilization of pyrite cinder.
