影响液体深层发酵产生纤维素酶的因素
FACTORS AFFECTING CELLULASE IN DEEP LIQUID FERMENT
【摘要】 本文的研究目的是对液体深层发酵产生纤维素酶的影响因素如菌种、原料种类、加料量、发酵时间、温度、起始pH值和通气量等及发酵过程中pH、泡沫和酶活性的变化规律进行系统研究.研究结果确定了液体发酵产生纤维素酶最佳条件.影响CMCase与FPA的因素有很大的不同.木霉产酶时对氧的需求不高.在发酵过程中CMCase活性变化幅度较大,酶活曲线出现三个峰,而FPA活性相对比较稳定.发酵过程中pH值变化总趋势是不断下降.
【Abstract】 This paperaims at making a systematic study on the factors affecting cellulase in deep liquid ferment,such as the bacterial strain,sorts and amount of materials,ferment duration,temperature,initial pH value,ventilation,pH value during ferment,bubbles and the variation law of the enzyme action.Optimum parameters for deep liquid ferment are determined through experimentation.Big differences have been observed among factors affecting CMCase and FPA.The wood-cellulase does not need too much oxygen for producing enzyme.During ferment,the action of CMCase varies intensively.Three peaks occur in the action curve.The action of FPA,however,is relatively stable.During ferment,the pH value decreases gradually.
