【摘要】 市场经济秩序的建立需要诚信体系的完善,诚信是市场经济秩序的灵魂和基础。中国目前市场经济秩序混乱,诚信缺失严重,给中国经济造成巨大危害。诚信危机的根源在于中国的诚信历史、诚信管理较弱的现状以及现有的诚信环境。建立诚信面临不利的路径依赖、囚徒困境等困难。建立诚信体系的措施主要有加强法制、强化信用道德建设等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Market economy order needs perfect credit system, credit is the soul and basis of the market economy order. The chaos of market economy and lacking of honesty have done much harm to Chinese economy. Credit crisis comes from Chinese history, weak management and current environment of credit. Detrimental path dependence and prisoners’ dilemma have to be overcome before the establishment of honesty. Such measures as strengthening legal system and enforcing credit morality have to be taken in order to set up credit and honesty system.更多还原
