【Abstract】 In Qing Dynasty smallpox was so rampant that people were terrified to speak of it. So they thought of every possible measure to prevent it. In this period, the methods adopted mainly were keeping off it, praying gods and vaccination. At the same time some physicians in rural areas also found out from practice some methods for the epidemic. Although those measures were still imperfect, they did work to some extent. During its transmission, small pox also showed some impact on the medical industry, official policy and judicial justice of Qing Dynasty.更多还原
