【Abstract】 This thesis intends to dig up Kafka’s religious feelings by bring to light his holding that the ultimate existence in reverence ,in order to avoid the two extremes of regarding Kafka either as a religious believer or as an absolute atheist. The article explains Kafka’s religious viewpoints by reassessing his atheistic thoughts, in order to get profounder understanding and more precise grasp of his works and his thoughts. Kafka’s religious viewpoints include three aspects: the rejection of metaphysical religion, the rejection of superstitious religion and the rejection of the monarchal God in the traditional religion. Kafka’s atheistic thoughts have embodied how a person with strong religious temperament tries to find his own spiritual home in the western society in which the traditional belief has come to decline.更多还原
