【Abstract】 The principle in administering a corporation is the important part of modern enterprise system.Establishing a set of principles of administering a corporation which conform to the requirment of the standardization of modern enterprise system is not only the demands of our country’s joining WTO but also the most pressing task at the moment of the reform and development of China’s enterprises.It is decided by the relations of property rights,nature of enterprise itself,pluralization of stock structure and requirment of market.Establishing scientific and rational principle and improving stimulative and restrictive mechanism are the important measures for the effective administering a corporation.更多还原
