对行政指导的几个问题的探讨
Probe into the Problems of Adminstrative Guidance
【摘要】 行政指导是政府积极管理和引导社会生活的重要手段。通过与本行政法的比较,探讨我国行政指导的司法审查问题。
【Abstract】 Administrative guidance is avery important means for the government to manage and guide social life.By comparing with the Japanese administrative laws,the author discusses the judicial censor of administrative guidance in China.
